HOW DO I RELOAD@ THE REGISTER?
Just ask the cashier to add cash directly to your card at the register of a participating store. A reload fee of up to $4.95 applies. Reload and card limits apply.
HOW MUCH CASH CAN BE LOADED DIRECTLY TO MY CARD AT THE REGISTER?
You can add any amount from $20 to $500 (up to $1,000 at participating Walmart locations) as long as card load limits are not exceeded.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE RELOAD @ THE REGISTER WENT THROUGH ON MY PREPAID CARD?
Check your balance on your prepaid card account to confirm your reload went through. For customer service, contact your prepaid card provider. Keep your receipt.
ONCE I COMPLETE A RELOAD @ THE REGISTER, WILL MY MONEY BE AVAILABLE RIGHT AWAY?
Your money will typically be available on the card within 10 minutes for your use.
